Such Sweet Words from Our Wonderful Clients

 

As an endurance athlete training for a full Ironman race this summer, I needed someone with a deep knowledge of sports massage, and Sandy more than fulfilled that need. I met Sandy after a particularly hard race, when I was in acute pain. She was the only massage therapist in the Montgomery area who would work with me on very short notice, and I am forever grateful to her for not only being so kind as to squeeze me in that day, but truly helping to relieve my pain. Over many months of training, I visited Sandy regularly for help, and she always delivered results. She is extremely well versed on the body, and actually taught me quite a lot about muscles, tendons, and how to keep things running smoothly by rolling the pieces "back into place". In fact, I'd say she has just as much knowledge as my physical therapist, with better hands! After my last massage with her, I not only PR'd at the Olympic distance triathlon, I stood on the podium for the first time. I thank Sandy in part for my success. MP 

 

Annemarie is AWESOME. I have a job that requires a lot of hunching over and it’s hard to not leave sore ever day. The massage I got from Annemarie was just what I needed. She took the time to talk to me beforehand to find out any problem areas or health concerns. She was very sweet and welcoming. I left feeling more relaxed and better than I have in a very long time. Wow! It Hurts! But the results are worth it. I usually can traverse my "boardwalk" in 24/25 steps. After Thursday's massage I did it in 21---that is huge! Sandy and Chelsea are ****AMAZING****!!!!! They are so good that I wish I could fly them up to my new home in Missouri just for a massage! They are attentive to your needs and wants and make sure you leave feeling like a million bucks! Sandy helped me through the aches and pains of two pregnancies and then afterwards while I was lugging around 2 babies. My wife and I had a wonderful experience with a couples massage. My wife wanted me to learn some basic techniques that I could use at home. Like most guys, I thought it was just a little shoulder or back rubbing that really counts. Sandy Cauthen really opened my eyes and showed me techniques and pressure points that I would have never known on my own. Demonstration was hands on with Sandy showing me and then watching me to make sure I had it correct before moving on. Sandy is the BEST! I used to hate massages because I would always feel horrible a few days afterwards. Sandy taught me the proper way to enjoy a massage and receive the healing and I have not felt horrible post-massage since seeing her. I love how she is there for the healing, but also relaxation. She really gets to know your body and loves what she does.

I had SEVERE radiating pain in both arms with SEVERE carpal tunnel and Sandy fixed it. I couldn't even fill out the questionnaire without my hand going numb when I first started seeing her in 2013...it was bad. It took me about 30-40 minutes to get it filled out, because I literally could not hold the pen. She gave me my hands back! I love her techniques, and how in tune she is with me while giving a massage. Not only is it relaxing, but VERY healing and therapeutic from the mind to the body! EH

 

Sandy is a Godsend! My sister referred me to her, and as much as I hate saying you were right to her I have to say that she was definitely right!! I was in extreme pain in my neck and she did her magic! She is very gifted and loves what she does! She is so in tune with your body it truly was an AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! Deep tissue, full body is my jam and Sandy's holistic approach to the mind-body connection is beyond phenomenal. Every time I leave, I am looking forward to my next visit.
